ABOUT TESS

With a background in History of Art (BA) and a strong passion for travel and exploration, Tess built her interior beginnings after working at a construction firm in South West London before going on to study interior design at KLC School of Design in Chelsea. Alongside her study Tess solely ran the interior side of a handful of private substantial projects including full property renovations and refurbishments. After finishing her studies, Tess was hired as interior designer at a design and build firm before going fully solo in 2021, setting up Amber Yard Interiors.

With a holistic approach to her interiors, Tess likes to emphasises the tranquility and timelessness an interior space should hold. A space to last, a space to call home.

Passionate about bringing colour and warmth into a space, Amber Yard is an interior design firm that specialises in creating rooms that radiate atmosphere and a timelessness while holding a memorable and inviting lure to each space designed. A.Y design rooms that are both aesthetically beautiful yet functional to each individual client’s requirements.

Everyone should feel their home or place of residence is a space to alleviate the daily strains, enjoy on ones own as well as delight in with a crowd.
